If you decide for any reason that you're not happy with your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Should you choose to return your item, please send it back to us within 21 days and we will issue a full refund. When returning your item, please enclose your original invoice (where possible). Alternatively, enclose a note with your contact and order details.
Please note: Returns made for items that are not faulty or defective will be at a delivery cost to yourself and we will refund you for the full product price.
In the very rare instance that your order suffers damage during shipping, we'll sort it for you as quickly as possible. Simply email us at email@example.com along with an image of your damaged item and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
